Project Overview
The founder found my website on Google, loved the work, and reached out with real excitement: he was launching a web-design agency in the Frankfurt area of Germany, and needed everything — not just a website, but a brand.
We shared ideas from the first call. This project was special because the client is himself in the design business — which meant the bar was high, and the collaboration was genuinely two-way. I drafted the complete branding and a design system in Figma: colors, typography, components, and page layouts, all approved before the build started.
Project Execution
With the design system locked, I converted the Figma layouts into a WordPress site with Elementor Pro — pixel-perfect against the approved designs. He loved the first pages, so we kept expanding: more service pages, content pages, and the structure an agency needs to sell.
Then came the growth work. I did the SEO setup, helped him set up his Google Business Profile, and supported his ongoing SEO — including writing blogs targeting his German market. When performance testing showed the site at 75 PageSpeed, I ran a full optimization pass and took it to 99.
